“Service is great,place is really cool but the food sucks unless your used to frozen bagged food. Can't call yourself a roadhouse if you can't actually cut chicken or cook real food and not frozen processed bags of food. From NY and lived in ohio and Texas for 40 years and I'm not impressed with the food. Atmosphere and everything else is great.“

“Stopped by for the first time on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised ! We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and personable. “My wife and I spent our 37 wedding anniversary in the Cincinnati area. We wanted to find a nice place, but different than the usual for our anniversary dinner. My wife found Meritage Restaurant online and said it sounded like what we wanted. She called to make a reservation and from the conversation on the phone we were excited to eat here! After arriving to the area, which was a hidden gem in itself, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess! We ask to sit upstairs to enjoy the live music and those guys did not disappoint with their blues/jazz music! Our waitress, she is why there should be no tax on tips! She knew her stuff and was AWESOME! The food, from the stuffed mushrooms, to our dinner, to dessert did not disappoint! EVERYTHING was perfect and it made our anniversary a very special evening! I would drive the two hours from our house to eat here again! GREAT PLACE!!!!!“

“My wife and I sat at the bar for a late lunch at 230pm. We asked to have one tv switched to Gox News to follow the on going war/conflict in the middle east. The server at the bar was quite accommodating and put the news on for us. We were the only patrons at the bar area and only people to be able to see the TV. The manager came over to tell us ,not ask us, that she was changing the channel because they strive for a more inclusive environment. Because of this we will never return to Northstar cafe.“

They let us catch up for hours and our server answered our many questions about the menu and wine with patience and knowledge. Our food was delicious and the wine pairings were excellent. “I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.“

“The woman who took my order was super sweet and patient with my Spanish attempt. We visited El Salvador in June and I am so excited to find this authentic restaurant! Bought a quesadilla and it is wonderful. They also have the cola my daughter discovered during our trip. Cannot wait to return and try more delicious food.“

“Live music and good service despite beinf crowded. Drinks were okay.Fried pickles are great, crunchy and tangy. All the wings are great very crisp. The sauces are a little sweet and one note but still good. I didnt really like the jamacian flavor but overall everythjng tasted good

“The pizza has always been hot and accurate when we grab it. Some times its been a bit on the browser side but im actually fine with that.
If you use the app you can get decent pricing with the coupons!
My biggest gripe with this place is the parking lot and drive thru are difficult to navigate. They dont deliver to my location so we have to pick it up and the drive thru window is at such an awkward angle.“
