“This is the Starbucks closest to my work. I almost exclusively order online, but occasionally go through the drive through. They are always fast. I’ve never had a mistake with my order that wasn’t my own error and I’ve been going there since March of this year. It’s always so disheartening to me when I see reviews of long time customers and then 1 singular thing goes wrong and then that repeat customer leaves a bad review. As someone in the customer service field, I feel like they always do their best and accommodate to their best abilities. Please cut these beautiful people some slack. Do you have any idea what they go through every day? Just over a drink? Maybe because your coffee was wrong once doesn’t mean it should negate 6+months of right orders and service. Great employees, great service. And I always love how they brew their espresso here. Love these people and hope you do, too! Keep up the great work!“
“I didn't go inside to see the atmosphere. I wish they would have an N/A option. I went through the drive-thru to pickup an order for my family. It was my mom's 80th b-day, and the restaurant I picked up food at for a small party, to celebrate it only had pies. So we also ordered some birthday cake pops.“
“I was in here this morning, 3/8/25, and there was a young woman who appeared to be leading the shift who was WONDERFUL! I ordered at the wrong Starbucks and she happily helped me. She was so sweet and seemed to sincerely care about the work and customer experience. Give the girly a raise or I’ll poach her to come work with us! 😝“
