Starbucks in Hamilton

“I've been going to this Starbucks once a week for the past year or so. I always go inside. It has an interesting vibe to me being that 1, it's hamilton, 2, it's near the corner of Rt 4 and High St, and 3, it sticks out as a newly constructed, modern building in contrast to the old buildings near by. Having lived in this area for basically all my life, it's good to see some new development.
I like the staff. They seem committed to all the things that need to be done and I can't express how much this makes me feel good inside somehow (thumbs up).“

“This is the Starbucks closest to my work. I almost exclusively order online, but occasionally go through the drive through. They are always fast. I’ve never had a mistake with my order that wasn’t my own error and I’ve been going there since March of this year. It’s always so disheartening to me when I see reviews of long time customers and then 1 singular thing goes wrong and then that repeat customer leaves a bad review. As someone in the customer service field, I feel like they always do their best and accommodate to their best abilities. Please cut these beautiful people some slack. Do you have any idea what they go through every day? Just over a drink? Maybe because your coffee was wrong once doesn’t mean it should negate 6+months of right orders and service. Great employees, great service. And I always love how they brew their espresso here. Love these people and hope you do, too! Keep up the great work!“
