Starbucks in Blue Ash

“I walked in this starbucks a couple afternoons ago, I normally go to a different one but they kept messing up my drink. There were delightful young ladies working! Olivia is extremely patient and helped me get a better understanding of what I wanted. This was the best my drink has ever been! Truly the best starbucks in the area! The employees are some of the best! Keep it up! 🙂“

“I was waiting extra long on an order while it was busy and Kay did an excellent job making sure I got it. My food came out first and after a while she still saw me standing there waiting for my drink, she then made sure my drink was being made and asked if I wanted a new sandwich because of how long i was waiting and gave me a hot new one for free. To add the sandwich(s) and my beverage were scrumptious. If Kay is behind the counter just know you are in good hands!“

“Wrong Google map directions that goes to residentials! This Starbucks is INSIDE Target, go inside and turn right at the entrance! Arrived by 11am today, and it was still closed. Please update schedule information on Starbucks app and Google map! :(“

“I have frequented this Starbucks location and have consistently had great experiences. One standout was a blond man barista who had an impressive knowledge of coffee and always made excellent recommendations. However, I've noticed he's no longer there, which is very disappointing!!! I hope the new crew can learn from his example and deliver the same level of expertise and customer service.Although I was disappointed to hear that my favorite barista is no longer at this Starbucks location, finally I had a pleasant surprise during my recent visit. I was served by a new barista with pink hair who made a delicious cup of coffee. She may not have the same level of expertise as the previous barista, but she definitely knows her way around a coffee machine and chair machine as well. It's reassuring to know that the new crew has potential, and I look forward to trying more of their creations in the future!“
