“I frequent Starbucks, but hadn’t gone to this one before. I have to say that BY FAR, this is the best location I have visited. This is the first time that my regular coffee order was made perfectly (I’d just learned to deal with it elsewhere. The iced lemon loaf I got was also the freshest I’ve gotten before. I ordered for pick up, so I did not have much staff interaction. But I was given a friendly hello and a thank you. Great work!!!“

“I work next door it's so easy to order on my phone and walk one door over to pick it up. Almost always ready by the time I get there. When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. I feel for them when I walk in and there's a line and a whole bunch of mobile order people waiting to get their stuff. Must get overwhelming.“

“I stopped into this Starbucks and had a great experience. The noise level was medium, but the service made up for everything. I am and very particular when it comes to my work and how well I can focus on my computer. There was hospitality and friendliness presented by all the employees.“

“I love picking up my order in the mornings here. Staff always welcome me, my order is ready and made correctly. It feels cliche but it really is part of the Americana vibe before work and getting your coffee like in the movies. I love this location.“

“I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times I feel like I’m stepping into a portal to the way Starbucks used to be. Back when they valued human connection and created my second home. Somehow in the midst of a ton of customers, they still find a way to see me and connect with me. I see regulars pop in and they know their birthdays and usual orders. The chatter and connection between the baristas feels warm and familial. These are truly good people who are good at what they do. I had stopped going to Starbucks for a couple years because the labor cuts and other corporate decisions turned most stores into cold transactional coffee mills. But I’ll definitely be back to this one. I’m so glad I stopped in.“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks for at least 3 years and have consistently found staff the most joyful I've ever encountered. Love that they have so many regulars coming through, too. As another reviewer said, this place feels like a neighborhood coffee shop, not a mega-chain. The outdoor seating is mostly shaded and pleasant even in the heat of summer.“

“Hadn't been to a Starbucks for a while so I needed some time and some help. Through it all, Cassidy Birkhimer and her colleagues Lucas H and Mars seamlessly took care of the whole process. This location is big and wide open with a great deal of window space to look out and lots of tables and seating. The sun was streaming in so some people used the easy to operate shades to keep the sun out. It's in a big shopping center so there will always be parking, it just might not be right in front. Soft music playing that in no way interfered with conversations. Nice stylish and clean bathrooms. Beware, the baked goods are VERY tempting. I'm a sucker for scones and shortbread.“

I've had some unpleasant experiences with a particular cashier with glasses at this Starbucks location every time, and unfortunately, my latest encounter was the worst. When I requested an 'espresso ice shake with soy milk,' she responded with a contemptuous look and asked with an eye roll, 'What's that?' I tried to explain that it was a drink with a similar name, but her unhelpful attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, another barista intervened and clarified that what I wanted was an 'ice shaken espresso.' To make matters worse, the cashier then began gossiping about me in front of me while I was still standing at the counter. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Another issue I face with this particular staff member was her impatience when I ask her to repeat or clarify something, even though I understand that accents can be challenging to understand. Additionally, I found it ironic that she was critical of my Asian accent when her own African-American accent was not always easy to comprehend. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behavior displayed by this staff member. I hope that Starbucks can provide better training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their accent or background. This particular staff member may spoil your coffee experience, so beware“

“The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. One person name Daniel was working today by himself and there was a long line waiting to order drinks. He was taking orders and making drinks so quickly without any mistakes or complaints. I had forgotten about the line be being long and before I realized it was my turn to order.“

“I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I've gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino! I don't think I will be going back to this location anymore. I will still give it 5 stars for the simple fact that some of the staff is amazing . But the person making the drinks seriously needs to be retrained on how to make the Frappuccino. I hope they fix it because I spend alot of money here and it's not right for drinks that cost almost 10 bucks to be made wrong especially when you need it for a pick me up before starting a work day.“

“Such a solid Starbucks. I’ve been to a lot and this one is my go to. Great service, CONSISTENT drink orders (every time I go my drink is made perfectly) and great location. I never wait too long and they even have photos of all the puppies that come through for pup cups ♥️♥️♥️🐾🐶“

“The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, the cashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient and friendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude.“

“the girls here know what they're doin.they remember my drink they never get anything wrong and if they did they would rectify the mistake immediately. the only reason I don't always go here is because they don't always participate with the deals starbucks has which they don't have to. the other starbucks on colerain by 275 always finds a way to mess up my 7$ coffee and never makes it right. always a problem. and they have yet to rectify anything. oh well never going there again“

“This is by far one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m so glad I found this gem, that’s tucked a bit off the main road. It’s impressive how quick they are with pumping drinks out, even with a line of cars and people inside.“

“I've been coming here a few days a week before work for a while. They are always open on time, and even if they don't have certain items in stock sometimes, they are very friendly and just doing their best. The manager who I assume runs this location (at least in the mornings) is a very nice lady and is always prepping, cleaning, and greeting customers. They always make my drink right and wish me a nice day, it's very welcoming. I don't write reviews often but they are so nice here! ✨?“

“Always come to this Starbucks cause they get my drink right! Just wanted to give them a special shout out because There was upper management or corporate gentleman from target or Starbucks front of me who was condescending to an employee telling her she made his drink wrong and talked down to her. Think you should probably treat your employees better my guy.“

“I have had some of the best Starbucks items there and some of the nicest service. There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.“

“I have been going to this Starbucks location for years. I have to say I have tried most of the menu, but usually always go with my shaken espresso. Daniella is such a pleasure to see there! She always has a smile on her face with the best recommendations. Not only is her customer service great, her drinks are always very timely, very delicious and consistent! “Terrible service! I ordered 3 summer skies drinks, to be made w the coconut milk, not lemonade, and I was handed 2 made w lemonade and 1 w milk, you can clearly see the difference, then when I let them know there was a mistake, I was lied to and told the coconut milk had separated!?! I then had to go inside and tell them that was a lie because you could clearly taste the lemonade in the drink, and see the pulp from the lemons in the cup!?! I had to ask multiple times for them to remake my drinks, then finally was given the correct drink. Baffled!?! I have never posted a negative post on Google mind you!?! This is a first! My daughters and I are constantly getting Starbucks and this store is the only one we have received bad service at. Smh...“

“This is my favorite Starbucks! With me being a full time student and working full time with long shifts, I often come in to pick up a mobile order of either a Strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, or a dragon drink! Even when they are busy, they are getting drinks out in a timely manner! I do have a crippling Starbucks addiction, but I’m fine with that at this point.

To the staff: I know I come in a lot, but I appreciate all of you so much and honestly those drinks you make help me get through my long shifts! I’m sorry that I come in so much, but without you guys, i don’t know what i would do lol

“Today I had the best experience ever at a Starbucks in a very, very long time. I had came in all flustered as I hadn't had my afternoon coffee yet today and was rushing in and out as I was already late for my activities later that day. However, when ordering I had encountered the kindest, sweetest, most humble souls today while ordering. Especially barista's named Meghan, Audrey and Ava, they were super helpful with me today as I don't really know much about coffee or what I really want on some days. They were very communicative, as telling me what the menu pertains such as different espresso's and lattes! Who knew there were so many?? When coming into Starbucks I just get so overwhelmed with how many options there are and they had calmed me down and helped me pick out what had fit me. As it turns out, they were right!The cleanliness of the area was spotless too, I was very impressed with the cleaning crew (if there is any) or maybe the baristas who had been keeping the place tremendously swift and excellent!Overall, they were so quick with my order, and very swift with other customers that I had noticed when I had came walking up and waiting for my order as well. “The barista whose name I don't know was refreshing. I went to this starbucks before and had a poor experience, so much so, I decided never to go to that one again. Today makes it over a year and I only went for my daughter. The barista had such a delightful disposition. I asked for a green tea frap and she was not sure what it was. I figured that this location no longer sold it so I said to her that maybe it's off the menu. I gave her the opportunity to dismiss the request since she never heard of the type of drink but she asked me what it looked like. I told her and she made it exactly right! Wow! The last time I went to this place over a year ago, you could tell the person did not want to be there but this lady's customer service skills were so remarkable that the last experience has become a faint memory. The barista served me today Friday May 15th within the 5 o' clock hour inside the krogers. Phenomenal experience. She is a keeper! This is coming from someone who never writes reviews.“

“I stopped by Starbucks this morning before heading into work, and let me just say—the service was a 1000/1000! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Aaliyah, who was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-tier, and she truly made my drink with love (I could taste it, lol). She even left a note on my cup that honestly made my day and got me a little emotional: “Have a great day, queen.”

The entire experience was incredible—the staff was kind and welcoming, the store was super clean, and the overall energy was just amazing. This is exactly how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I use the mobile app to order ahead of time, it's usual done around the estimated time , some occasions it has taken a few mins more longer, it's a small location, drive thru can be a hassle especially if you're just trying to pick up, I suggest parking & walking inside, dont wait in the drive thru because it may be a while.
Also no sitting inside so it's just grab & go.“
