“This location has the nicest person working there. I believe her name was Stacia. She was always welcoming, super friendly. Always haleping out. She gave me her own personal coffee collar because I had accidentally left mine on my cup and it got thrown out the day before.

Leaving 4 stars only on service because they forgot to make my friend' drink 2 days in a row lol

“Perfectly crafted specialty mocha with a warm croissant from pleasant baristas. Clean & tidy atmosphere for a comfortable experience.

Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options available. I use oat milk.

Parking: I parked right in front & there were plenty of spots left.“

“Huge shout out to Trevin and Julia - hope management gets this! Had a superb experience today with the staff and location, would absolutely recommend.

Trevin helped me today at drive thru and I can't even thank them enough for their incredibly kind, patient, and friendly service. They patiently explained some menu options i wasn't sure about at the speaker, and then as I pulled up total the window had some folks in my car ask for additional items. So I asked if Trevin could be willing to check if they had those menu items and if so, add those on, and they were so friendly and accommodating. Trevin made my day, thank you!

Julia was also who I spoke with after the order when I called to ask for help to get store info. They were also so sweet and friendly, and extra patient when I asked twice for the store number and then realized after the call I goofed writing it down and called to ask for a third time. They were so helpful and kind and I cannot thank them enough for their wonderfully warm and patient attitude.

Staff like that I absolutely why I come back to businesses. Please management, give them a raise and loads of kudos! You got a loyal customer because of them.“

“Shaken espresso with extra chocolate cream….. was exquisite! I always order this but this tastes nothing like others i tried. The ratio of coffee to chocolate flavor and the cream was heavenly! The lady upsized the coffee cup so everything fits in. She made it. Wow 10/10. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew was excellent as well. Same lady! Parking is hard but def worth it. Wow thank you for making my day“

“The coffee was spot on...nice and hot, just the way I like it. But the real surprise was that bacon and sausage breakfast wrap; it was genuinely delicious. I didn't expect it to be that good!

The only thing missing is a cold beer, though I suppose that would be a bit frowned upon at breakfast time... too bad! 😉 Definitely a solid way to start the day.“

“I work next door it's so easy to order on my phone and walk one door over to pick it up. Almost always ready by the time I get there. When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. I feel for them when I walk in and there's a line and a whole bunch of mobile order people waiting to get their stuff. Must get overwhelming.“

“Hadn't been to a Starbucks for a while so I needed some time and some help. Through it all, Cassidy Birkhimer and her colleagues Lucas H and Mars seamlessly took care of the whole process. This location is big and wide open with a great deal of window space to look out and lots of tables and seating. The sun was streaming in so some people used the easy to operate shades to keep the sun out. It's in a big shopping center so there will always be parking, it just might not be right in front. Soft music playing that in no way interfered with conversations. Nice stylish and clean bathrooms. Beware, the baked goods are VERY tempting. I'm a sucker for scones and shortbread.“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks for at least 3 years and have consistently found staff the most joyful I've ever encountered. Love that they have so many regulars coming through, too. As another reviewer said, this place feels like a neighborhood coffee shop, not a mega-chain. The outdoor seating is mostly shaded and pleasant even in the heat of summer.“

“I have been going to this location for years now, and they were usually pretty good at making drinks, but for a couple of months now, I have been going before work, and the drinks have been very nasty. I usually get the blended Frappuccino, and every time I've gotten it, it just tastes like coffee and ice blended with nothing else added. That is not how you make a caramel, Frappuccino! I don't think I will be going back to this location anymore. I will still give it 5 stars for the simple fact that some of the staff is amazing . But the person making the drinks seriously needs to be retrained on how to make the Frappuccino. I hope they fix it because I spend alot of money here and it's not right for drinks that cost almost 10 bucks to be made wrong especially when you need it for a pick me up before starting a work day.“

I've had some unpleasant experiences with a particular cashier with glasses at this Starbucks location every time, and unfortunately, my latest encounter was the worst. When I requested an 'espresso ice shake with soy milk,' she responded with a contemptuous look and asked with an eye roll, 'What's that?' I tried to explain that it was a drink with a similar name, but her unhelpful attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, another barista intervened and clarified that what I wanted was an 'ice shaken espresso.' To make matters worse, the cashier then began gossiping about me in front of me while I was still standing at the counter. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Another issue I face with this particular staff member was her impatience when I ask her to repeat or clarify something, even though I understand that accents can be challenging to understand. Additionally, I found it ironic that she was critical of my Asian accent when her own African-American accent was not always easy to comprehend. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behavior displayed by this staff member. I hope that Starbucks can provide better training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their accent or background. This particular staff member may spoil your coffee experience, so beware“

“I dropped by Starbucks to study for an upcoming exam, and it ended up being a surprisingly productive visit. I ordered a vanilla latte and a muffin, and both were prepared perfectly. The barista was cheerful and confirmed my order twice before making it. I also appreciated how quiet and inviting the space felt, which made it simple to focus while reviewing my notes. Despite a busy crowd of customers, my drink came out fairly fast. Overall a wonderful experience, and I'll certainly return whenever I need to hit the books.“

“Dropped by Starbucks after a long day and just wanted something to chill with. I tried one of their drinks and honestly, it was way better than I expected lol. It tasted fresh, wasn’t overly sweet, and definitely gave me the little energy boost I needed. The barista was really nice too and got my order out quick. “the girls here know what they're doin.they remember my drink they never get anything wrong and if they did they would rectify the mistake immediately. the only reason I don't always go here is because they don't always participate with the deals starbucks has which they don't have to. the other starbucks on colerain by 275 always finds a way to mess up my 7$ coffee and never makes it right. always a problem. and they have yet to rectify anything. oh well never going there again“

“The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, the cashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient and friendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks! With me being a full time student and working full time with long shifts, I often come in to pick up a mobile order of either a Strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, or a dragon drink! Even when they are busy, they are getting drinks out in a timely manner! I do have a crippling Starbucks addiction, but I’m fine with that at this point.

To the staff: I know I come in a lot, but I appreciate all of you so much and honestly those drinks you make help me get through my long shifts! I’m sorry that I come in so much, but without you guys, i don’t know what i would do lol

“I've been coming here a few days a week before work for a while. They are always open on time, and even if they don't have certain items in stock sometimes, they are very friendly and just doing their best. The manager who I assume runs this location (at least in the mornings) is a very nice lady and is always prepping, cleaning, and greeting customers. They always make my drink right and wish me a nice day, it's very welcoming. I don't write reviews often but they are so nice here! ✨?“

There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.“

“Today I had the best experience ever at a Starbucks in a very, very long time. I had came in all flustered as I hadn't had my afternoon coffee yet today and was rushing in and out as I was already late for my activities later that day. However, when ordering I had encountered the kindest, sweetest, most humble souls today while ordering. Especially barista's named Meghan, Audrey and Ava, they were super helpful with me today as I don't really know much about coffee or what I really want on some days. They were very communicative, as telling me what the menu pertains such as different espresso's and lattes! Who knew there were so many?? When coming into Starbucks I just get so overwhelmed with how many options there are and they had calmed me down and helped me pick out what had fit me. As it turns out, they were right!The cleanliness of the area was spotless too, I was very impressed with the cleaning crew (if there is any) or maybe the baristas who had been keeping the place tremendously swift and excellent!Overall, they were so quick with my order, and very swift with other customers that I had noticed when I had came walking up and waiting for my order as well. “Never been to harpers Krogers starbucks before but pass it all the time! ? From what I’ve observed the staff are friendly & there’s a little area to sit and have your drink or snack! “The barista whose name I don't know was refreshing. I went to this starbucks before and had a poor experience, so much so, I decided never to go to that one again. Today makes it over a year and I only went for my daughter. The barista had such a delightful disposition. I asked for a green tea frap and she was not sure what it was. I figured that this location no longer sold it so I said to her that maybe it's off the menu. I gave her the opportunity to dismiss the request since she never heard of the type of drink but she asked me what it looked like. I told her and she made it exactly right! Wow! The last time I went to this place over a year ago, you could tell the person did not want to be there but this lady's customer service skills were so remarkable that the last experience has become a faint memory. “I stopped by Starbucks this morning before heading into work, and let me just say—the service was a 1000/1000! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Aaliyah, who was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-tier, and she truly made my drink with love (I could taste it, lol). She even left a note on my cup that honestly made my day and got me a little emotional: “Have a great day, queen.”

The entire experience was incredible—the staff was kind and welcoming, the store was super clean, and the overall energy was just amazing. This is exactly how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I use the mobile app to order ahead of time, it's usual done around the estimated time , some occasions it has taken a few mins more longer, it's a small location, drive thru can be a hassle especially if you're just trying to pick up, I suggest parking & walking inside, dont wait in the drive thru because it may be a while.
Also no sitting inside so it's just grab & go.“
