Starbucks in Independence

“Literally the nicest people on planet earth work at this Starbucks. You will be greeted so kindly by multiple employees as soon as you walk in. They are personable, kind, and fast! Drive-thru is just as great of an experience. Genuinely, I have never experienced such fantastic customer service anywhere else.“

“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“
