Came through the drive through for the first time in forever because Dunkin was not open Christmas Eve and I haven’t had Starbucks in a while so it sounded great! The man taking orders around 2:30 pm was very unpleasant taking orders and sounded miserable like I was bothering him but giving him my service. I bought 2 drinks. Got them home and the cup was not full. I’m pissed. The money I spent for a 3/4 of my drink. They are lacking big time at forest park store. They are taking advantage of customers. ?

The Drink was good but it took 12 minutes to get our drink. We were the only ones in the store. Blew my mind because I thought the customer in front of you was more important than the online orders. Next time I guess we will go through the drive through.
