McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant with a wide parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. Known for classic items like chicken nuggets and Big Macs, this location offers hot, fresh food and friendly customer service. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is electric, though some customers have noted that it feels less fun than before, comparing it to eating takeout in a hotel lobby. Despite this, the staff here seem to genuinely enjoy their work, providing a positive experience for customers. One employee, Chris, has received praise for his humor and great customer service, making visits more enjoyable. Customers can expect their orders to be fulfilled quickly, with food served hot and delicious. However, some guests have mentioned issues like missing fries and a desire for drink stations and napkin dispensers to be added back. Overall, the team works hard to maintain a friendly and efficient environment, with moments of kindness and patience from staff shining through.
