Lady taking my order was not knowledgeable of the menu. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and she did it as an add on instead of the meal item B. The lady who took my money was very nice and did a good job. The woman who brought my food out to me was not friendly and had an attitude about her. Honestly I wasn't even gonna worry about a review until I opened the box to eat my burger. Get it together!

Ah where to begin. There were two cars in line including mine. Used the app to order and pay for food. Girl answering the speaker was more focused on chatting with her work buddies than paying attention to the code I gave. Got to the window and tries to charge me for someone else's meal then claims I never made a mobile order. Then she slams the window shut and jumps on her phone Second window they decide that a bad attitude and screaming was better than giving people their stuff. This location has gone downhill fast. Go to another location.

I asked for ice and was charged 30 cent, which was fine. When I was told that I had to take the cup of water that they gave me I was on FIRE!!! How dare you charge me and then tell me what you're going to give???? I had my entire order refunded after that!!! This place is awful!!!

Pretty clean. Food always fresh and hot. No stale buns. When I’ve gone in the afternoon. Employees are actually really nice.
It’s McDonald’s. It’s not gourmet. It’s not even gourmet fast food. Everyone knows what you’re getting here. The 2 main things are Was the food hot & fresh? And prolly most important how was the customer service?Food was hot and perfect. Service was friendly & polite. And most importantly the workers actually sounded like they were enjoying being at work.
Horrible service, even when not busy. Last time for me. Happy to drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid this

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal and paid for a steak biscuit wrapped in an egg bacon and cheese biscuit wrapping. The store manager said there was nothing she could do until I walked in. She did point out that they charged me for a steak egg and cheese. New.. I don't eat anything else from them. They can never get anything right!I don't want nothing but a refund!

Employees give you attitude just because you placed an order. Act like you are putting them out because they have to wait on you. Paying them more money only made it worse.
