A very simple restaurant. A very authentic Mexican restaurant. Seemed to serve dishes from countries beyond Mexico, perhaps Columbian, but I'm not sure since my Spanish is poor. Waitress only spoke Spanish.
This place is great. Definitely a hole in the wall and an opportunity to practice Spanish. My friends and I went here after an entire day at Jungle Jim's International Market and were looking for a good place to eat something different. Much to our delight, this place met our needs. I had the bean and cheese papusa and the loroco and cheese papusa. I've never had loroco and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered a bean and cheese pupusa, a loroco and cheese pupusa, and 4 quesabirrias. The pupusas really hit the spot. It was our first time having loroco or even hearing of it so we figured why not try it? It’s officially my husband’s favorite pupusa filling. I’m still a bean and cheese girl.
