I booked their food truck for an event we had recently and after chatting multiple times and confirming and reconfirming. The truck never showed up to the event with no responses... It was disappointing.
My wife and I moved to Michigan about five years ago. We have a favorite place here to get smash burgers. We took my brother and his wife there when they came up to visit. Ever since, then they have tried to find a burger that tasted as good. They tried one here at Smash Daddy’s! And then they treated us out during our visit over Memorial Day weekend. We love it. Based on customer reviews, Smash Daddy's Burgers and Fries is a restaurant with a simple menu that serves delicious smash burgers. The food is amazing, and the burgers are true smash burgers with crispy edges and generous toppings. They are large and very messy, so customers should grab plenty of napkins. The Double Smash Burger with Swiss cheese, the regular big daddy smash, and the single create your own burger are all mentioned as solid choices. The special sauce is reminiscent of In-N-Out. The fries are good and enough for two easily, with malt vinegar in a mister bottle. The bacon cheese fries and the A1 smash are also options. The grilled hot dog is good, and they have Whit's cookie ice cream sandwiches. The pickles are good, but the sauerkraut is so-so. The service is amazing, friendly, and patient, offering small town hospitality. The place is super nice with big screen TV’s. Customers say it is the best burger in Ohio, definitely worth the drive out of Columbus, and they will definitely be returning.
