We ordered a cake for a birthday and it was hands down best cake we’ve ever had. Great flavor and presentation was top notch.
I’ve lived in Harrison for 3 years, and am so thankful I happened upon this gem.
Aberson’s does it right. From sweet to savory, larger portions, or small bites—they have it all. If you haven’t given them a try, I highly suggest you do so.
Over the last couple months, I’ve had the deviled eggs, pretzel flight, goetta dip, crawfish eggrolls, the charcuterie etc. More recently,I’ve had the Texas Chili. I love a good chili but this really went above and beyond...read full review

Based on reviews, AberSon's Desserts Shoppe is a gem in Harrison. The desserts are always fresh and delicious, with options like cheesecake, Vietnamese iced coffee cake, pumpkin cake, and bread puddings made with glazed doughnuts. The atmosphere is chill and clean. Beyond sweets, the savory food is delicious and plentiful, including a salmon cake meal, deviled eggs, pretzel flight, goetta dip, crawfish eggrolls, charcuterie, and Texas Chili. The food has never disappointed in flavor and presentation. The shoppe is very receptive to special orders, such as 4 dozen blueberry muffins for a baby shower, which were absolutely delicious and looked amazing. They even used decorative cups for the muffins when the baking papers did not work. AberSon’s also serves a full menu at 1860 Tap Room. The business feels good to support, and the hard work is not unnoticed. A highly recommended place for both sweet and savory options.
