It shouldn't take 20 minutes after paying for your order to get your food. Was told to pull up to the 2nd window to wait and I watched everyone else behind us getting their orders. We didn't even have a big order. My thoughts is they have our order to someone else and had to do it
The food is always great, but there are occasions when some of the food ordered is not in the bag. Their service is always amazing, though.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger, and some of the breakfast options are vegan.
