Friendly staff!
Today I placed an online order and to my surprise, the store called me to inform me that I forgot a protein option-- I was pleasantly surprised as I felt like they went above and beyond. Most employees would have just made whatever came through on the ticket even if it didn't make sense but they actually went out of their way to make sure I received what I had intended to order. VERY impressed with the staff on this one 👏
Josh the Assistant Manager was awesome! We were missing a sandwich and he was willing to deliver it even though it was DoorDash that messed up. What wonderful customer service we truly appreciate you!
