“Was served buy a young man named Tank. I don't ever write reviews but this kid deserves it. Easily the best service I've ever experienced in my life. I showed up with a party of 10. 8 kids ages 4 weeks to 10 years. Wasn't having the best night to begin with if you have kids you know. This kid turned my entire night around he went above and beyond anything required of him as a server asking each kid what they would like to drink pointing them out on the menu. We ended up getting just a party size platter of pretzel bites to share. I was busy trying to feed the hungry 4 week old baby to try to dish out pretzels to all the kids not only did he step right in and help he put cheese on there plates as well. Shout-out to his parents you raised him right and should be proud of everything you have taught him. This kid deserves a raise, you think of larosa's family comes to my mind and he made me feel like I belonged there. So if you ever stop in here ask for him he will not disappoint. Thanks Tank for being such an awesome person.“

“I was able to eat in at Ichiban Asian Fusion. The service was quick and helpful. The menu was heavily Americanized, with simple stir fry dishes, classic American-Chinese chicken options, and cream cheese-forward sushi rolls. Everything was fresh to order, but most items felt a bit under seasoned for my taste. The dishes were simple, which I think offered mass appeal, which was evident because the restaurant was very busy while I was there!“

“Today I placed an online order and to my surprise, the store called me to inform me that I forgot a protein option-- I was pleasantly surprised as I felt like they went above and beyond. Most employees would have just made whatever came through on the ticket even if it didn't make sense but they actually went out of their way to make sure I received what I had intended to order. “We had a large group at the Harrison bws last night. Some of us noticed a group of four harassing the waitress about everything. Sent the food back to or three times. Complained the drink weren’t strong enough. Everything they did put that poor waitress in tears. One of our party followed the guy up to the bar to hear him complain to the manager so he would take more off the bill. Brian just snatched the bill from the guy and paid it so the waitress wouldn’t get stiffed(Brian tipped her a 100$). Those four stayed and drank for a few hours complaining to her the whole time about every thing. When they went to leave they came to our table all excited the bill was paid. I stated he didn’t pay it to be generous and your attitude is something you shouldn’t be proud of. Some people are just clueless on how to treat people. Morgan was the waitress and she did a fantastic job!! She was on top of it all!!“
