Have always liked the people there but the please pull forward is not good. if they happen to mess your order up like they did mine, you're stuck. You have to wait 20 more minutes in line to get the order fixed since you can't go inside. Called the manager about it he spent more time bragging about his 500 sales per week and very few complaints. The blame was put back on me for ordering a chicken sandwich. I do not normally do this but tonight, I am. My mother and I just visited Arby’s in Heath Ohio. When we walked in, the guy at the counter, Joey, took our order. We were rudely asked if the order was to go. I said no sir, it’s for dine in. Now mind you, the dinning room does not close until 10 pm. He then asked my name for the order. I politely said Amanda.
