We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.
Have not eaten at Fazoli’s in years. I know it’s been at least 5. It’s not that they are bad, I just have a philosophy that I don’t buy at a restaurant what I can make at home. I go out to get something different. But my husband suggested it tonight so I said, “ OK”. So glad I did. Food was good. Lady at the counter was super helpful. Restroom was spic and span.
