3:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and the place looked closed. All the stools were upside down on the tabletops, the lights were dim/off, but the door was unlocked. I asked "Are you open?" Unenthusiastically, "yeah..." was the reply. I even said, "Are you sure? If you're trying to close up, I'll leave." I just had the most wonderful service! I’m not from Cleveland, my aunt recommended Duck Donut and to try Maple Bacon Donut, the gentleman suggested Carmel drizzle and it was amazing!!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stopped in for a donut and coffee after dinner at Cooper Hawk. After placing our order and paying we were told we couldn’t get coffee and in order to get a refund we’d have to go to the end of the line. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t make coffee and then to make me wait in a long line AGAIN to get my refund! Needless to say I will not be back.
