Always 'hot' but never ready. Usually have to wait for food but it's good when you finally get your pizza. Wait times have gradually crept up to the point where I've been told 30+ minutes to stand there for a basic pepperoni pizza. I've also tried ordering online but received a notification saying this location isn't accepting online orders.
Watch out here, DO NOT PLACE PICKUP ORDERS OR GET DELIVERY if you don't want your order STOLEN. It has been a huge issue for this place and as a dasher, I had my order stolen by someone who picked up my order. Always busy because you actually have to go in and order in person to get your food, they stopped taking orders once while I was on a dash as well because they got so busy.

The food is fine from what it is (you know what you're getting), but they can't manage to deliver a full order without mistakes to save their lives. I basically have to plan to call the help line after every delivery to get a refund form what they forgot.
