We stayed away from this location for quite some time due to the service. Not only was there bad service, and not only for us, but the food came out wrong. What is so hard in making a double with cheese, pickle and mustard? Guess they didn’t know what a pickle was. Happens every time.
This evening we encountered THE worst customer service EVER at the Wendy's drive-thru @wendys4245cemeteryrd in Hilliard. It's not uncommon for the person taking your order NOT to say thank you, unfortunately, but then to take you money and to be handed your drinks and food from two different people and not a single word out of either mouth was just the last straw.
