hire more people and cooks that no how to cook took 35 minutes. to get are food sausages was burnt didnt eat left most of are food could have been alot better.
A few good experiences... a few bad experiences. Poor food, service, cleanliness. I was told the franchise was up for sale in 2024 but don't know any further details except if it sold, it didn't improve.
I walked in at 5:40pm and placed an order for 2 " POT ROAST SANDWICHES" to go. when I asked the lady how long her reply was " 10-15 mins tops" . I was good with that I even tip the girl $5.00 . I waited exactly 1/2 hours. that is simply "UNACCEPTABLE" ESPECIALLY when they only had 3-5 People in the restaurant eating. They had 5-6 standing at the front counter when I walked in. Bob Evans is a clean restaurant with friendly and caring servers. Although they may be understaffed, the staff handles the workload well and service was outstanding. The food is good and served quickly. The breakfast menu is particularly impressive, with the Homestead Farmer Breakfast being a favorite among customers. The restaurant also offers a variety of other dishes, including the Cod Dinner. The staff is pleasant and helpful and will make it right if there is an issue.
