I talked to Julianne and she helped me with ordering the proper amount of food. We did have a few leftovers, however, there was no problem with people taking it home! “This is a good spot to hit up for pizza when you're in the area and need a quick, reliable takeout option. The pizza itself is tasty and makes for a satisfying meal on the go.
My main suggestion for improvement concerns the sides: I wish the Bosco sticks were freshly made. They tasted like they were pre-made or reheated rather than prepared fresh, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, definitely recommend for a convenient pizza pickup, but hopefully, they can elevate the quality of their sides soon!“

But, I recently ordered a cheese steak because I was the only one that didn't want pizza. What a let down. Dry beef, wondering where the rest was and a floury taste. Bread was really good thankfully. “Thanks to my husband discovering this gem of a pizza joint I can’t help but want their delicious food about once a week. I love their BBQ chicken pizza and garlic Parmesan wings, but everything else we’ve tried has been just as delicious! Double edged sword bc I found the best place around, but I’m wanting to eat it all the time. Must try!!“

“I called in my order. Not knowing their specialties I asked. The person in the phone was polite, helpful and efficient. I was told my order of a large two topping pizza and a 12 inch baked sub would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. I arrived in about 18 minutes. I was promptly greated and to my surprise my order came out and was readied very quickly. Checkout and paying was easy. This same night, we had several people over. We offered a selection of our tried and true over time favorite pizzas. East of Chicago was the favorite of the group. It was the most gone of the three anyways. If there was a negative, it's the parking situation. Brecksville Rd is tough to find a spot sometimes. I hear they have a lot in the back of the building, and i haven't tried that yet, but I'm told its not as easy as the front spots. I'm going to find out for myself though.
All in all, I'd say East of Chicago in Brecksville is one of the top pizzas around the area. Not unique, but tasty and solid. But I've only ordered the one basic pepperoni and sausage. I plan to look over the menu and try something that may be unique the next time I visit and will update my review if so.“

It’s Friday November 8th at 9:38 pm, I just want management to know I had a really great experience with the man who just gave me my food. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, he was so kind, very welcoming and just overall a very nice guy. I didn’t catch his name but I’m hoping by the date and time management will know who I’m talking about. I believe he had a beard, he was thin and taller. “Great pizza. First time in. We tried the Detroit, Pepperoni Passion and The Manhattan. The Detroit was fantastic and some of the best Detroit we have tried. Good dough, chunky sausage and cup pepperoni. Sauce on top was good as well. The pepperoni was good, triangle cut and The Manhatten our least favorite of the group. The restaurant was very nice with comfortable seating and lighting. Restrooms were clean as well. Service with a smile and the drinks were kept full. We love trying new pizza and definately recommend giving this one a try.“
