The service was horrible he acted like he didn’t care or want to be there. They didn’t even greet us didn’t ask if we wanted to substitute anything and when we paid didn’t say thank you or have a nice day.

Went there yesterday and got two bowls, There was barely anybody in there yet it took almost 20 minutes to get our food , I had a feeling that one of the workers was high because of how slow they were moving and how out of it they looked and also they were very quiet.. They put the very minimum amount in our bowls Like I’m going and pay eight dollars for a tiny little bowl I should get something that’s gonna fill me up but they clearly were out of it and I had to keep saying could you add a little more Because the guy was not putting in the proper amount and I’m sorry but I like to get my moneys worth at least.
Last but not least they were not wearing hair nets or gloves and the one lady had a very long blonde wig on and the other person, he had a Afro And I’m sorry, but if you’re working in the food industry and you’re working with food and making peoples food, you should be wearing a hairnet , Especially when you have all that kind of hair. And pay almost 20 bucks for two little ass bowls That didn’t even fill us up.. rediculous and will not be returning and I used to love hotheads, I definitely think the one in Sylvania is way better

This place will never disappoint ❤️ my burrito was huge! My bowl is what I'll be having for dinner and I can't wait! Menu secret too is they have pineapple still after all the years I've ate here they still carry pineapple and I love it! Huge portions and huge amounts of respect and love for Hot Head Burritos. Zach has been there both times I've came in recently and he's always super nice and does a great job.

The portion sizes vary greatly. My bowl was filled to the point of almost not closing, while my boyfriend's bowl was barely even half full. Also the rice has no flavor, it needs some lime juice. The worst part is that the lettuce is slimy. I ended up picking it all off and not eating it. I ordered guac and paid for it, they never put it on my bowl! I had to go back and ask for it. Wouldn't recommend.

Food is great! Customer service not so much. I did a mobile order. It was made wrong so I went back in. The employee that originally made it argued about it until another employee forced him to just remake it. Meanwhile he was cursing throughout the civil back and forth conversation.
Ultimately it was remade correctly and the best I’ve had there but the employee (which I didn’t catch his name) really needs some help in customer service.

What an INCREDIBLE find for me as this place smelled amazing as I was walking up ... FRESH ON THE GRILL CHICKEN! The burrito was SO FULL of ingredients and BURSTING with flavor.... This place MUST EXPLODE with business.... Chipotle my A**.... This gem must be shared and frequented.... Same plaza as TAS Electronics!!!
