Went thru drive thru at 756pm. Was told 20 min for my 12 piece bucket. No worries, I don't mind waiting. Called at 30 minutes waiting, was told "it's coming up" still waited another 20 min after that. I don't understand why they don't have chicken ready?! Or at least quote the correct amount of time. The only reason I'm giving any stars is because they girls in there were hustling. I get busy times happen, way to take it like Champs and get thru it. I did shout out to the girls...read full review
We ordered a 8 piece family meal, mashed potatoes and corn as a side. Mashed potatoes didn't come with gravy, our chicken is barely warm and the corn I had to put in the microwave. Didn't think after spending $32 I'd have to ask for gravy or my food to be warm!

The food was good and hot, but the service was ok. I Placed my order and the girls didn't seem sure about my order. I get to the window to pay then they tell me it's a wait on some of my order. If they would have told me that before I wouldn't have gotten anything. But the food was good.
