If I could give this place a negative 10 I would ...not only did they mess up my order twice the whole staff is rude and worried about there timer ...whole staff is worthless and then have the nerve to tell me no refunds

Manager in Holland was rude .I AGAIN placed a mobile order. Ms . Rude said they don't have my order. 20 minutes later she said, someone else picked up my order. She was rude and condescending. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

What a dump. Stood at register 15 mins while they ignored us. We were told they're too busy taking drive through orders to help us. Lazy bunch of losers.
Mashed potatoes were scorched and the breast still had the neck or back still on it was full of grease use 5 paper towels to soak it

The last two times we ordered online we ordered all breasts and were given thighs instead. The last time I went in person, after I paid, I was told that they didn’t have any original recipe. They asked if i wanted crispy instead, which I don’t like. I said no and was told if I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. I sat in my car for 27 minutes. I finally decided to go in and the girl that had take. my order didn’t say a word to me when she saw me. Instead she walked behind the machines and proceeded to throw my food in the bucket and bag. She handed me the bag still without saying a word. I asked why I waited a half an hour when I was told 15 minutes. She yelled at me that I was the one that wanted to wait from the back of the store. I left very shocked.
