This Marcos location in Holland, Oh has always provided the best service and the best pizza! My go to pizza!
The marcos, at the corner of the south and Anthony Wayne, has Horrible customer service. I was gonna order a Pizza but the person who answered the phone could not even tell me if there were specials or not because he was so busy trying to get to the next person even though I stood in line patiently. Just to get stepped over when I do get my turn.

It was made just the way we like it
I ordered a custom pizza and Chasaidy took my order and made my pizza. Nicholi rang me out and was a pleasant chap. When I got to my car I couldn't wait to try my thin crust square cut so I got a bite in my car. The cheese pull and drool was amazing. 😍 And they put garlic butter everywhere like I asked.
Definitely coming back.
Favorite is pepperoni and bacon
Cheesy bread was the bomb diggity. The workers were great. 👍👍

The mozzarella cheese is delicious and the pizza is really good as long as they cook it! I've had to specifically order it well done lately because it's not even coming apart in slices. Pizza shouldn't be gooey.. We'll see this time..

Ordered my food 5 min before they closed I got a call saying they stopped delivery’s I said okay then I said I’ll come get it the dude with curly brown hair told me he wanted to leave early I asked for a refund so I can feed my kids he said it would take 5 days then got mad tells me to come get it I said I’ll be there I get to the store and he starts running off his mouth talking about if I would of ordered earlier I had just gotten off work myself is what I said he kept running off his mouth so I will be here Thursday morning to speak with a manager and find out the owner name when I order on the Marcos app it said they closed in 5 mins

The man yesterday on the phone told me my debit card was declined, twice. I said there is no reason it would decline, I literally just had used it. He was rude short, was not willing to repeat the numbers back to me as I read them. I prefer to do card, that way I can do no contact delivery as my dog goes crazy. I believe he was mistakenly hitting a wrong number or hearing me wrong, when I asked him to repeat back to me he said he couldn't and would need to me to tell him all over. He then says again, it's declined. So with not so many manners from him I decide just pay cash when they arrive because clearly I am a problem to this man on the phone at the moment. I immediately hang up and call Chase my bank, where they tell me there actually is nothing wrong with my card, no reason as to why it would decline, no holds etc. Pretty fricken annoying I was told it declined multiple times, then sit on the phone with my bank only to be told there is actually no problem. COOL MARCOS, COOL. ?
