Went there the first time with my daughter. Ordered chicken and fettuccine with spinach. Staff was not very friendly. Waited 15 minutes before they bought food out. Was very salty and expensive. Won’t be back.

The noodles are amazing, hands-down extremely saucy firm and texture. Chicken is cooked to a perfection and the shrimp is cooked. Well too. I will be ordering from here again.

Let's just say after today's experience I won't be going to noodles and company again..just bland flavor food staff really didn't seem all that attentive and the portions for what you pay for are way too high..had the Cajun shrimp dish no spice at all very bland my wife had the noodles with meatballs and again the food was bland and her noodles were barely cooked..the highlight of the whole trip was being able to get peach coke otherwise this was a waste of money to come here for lunch..you live and learn

MY GOD I HAD THE MOST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE!!! The food is great as it is and I have had it more than once! But tonight (9/26/24 @9pm ) they went over the top for me and my family! God bless the laddies who helped me tonight! This is a must go to for a “easy on the wallet” dinner for the family!

First visit. Ordered one meal, and three kids meals. Kids chocolate milk was warm and did not receive third apple juice drink. Paid to add chicken to one kids meal and did not get it. Noodles lukewarm and broccoli uncooked. Wasn’t worth the five minute drive back to dispute the order.

My first trip in was yesterday and it was wonderful. I had to come in because I didn't know you had to order ahead or come inside to order and accidentally left my phone home. The interior was extremely clean and orderly. The staff was very friendly and efficient and most importantly, my food was delicious! It's a little hard to get to but now that I've been there, I can sneak in the back way(off McCord Rd).
Vegetarian options: I didn't realize till after I'd ordered that they had tofu and impossible chicken available so I will try one of those on the next trip.

I walked in with an attitude because I was in pain, but the manager was straight with me and explained why the situation was the way it was. She took care of me and the food was spot on. They need to hire 10 more just like her.

I've had Noodle and Company's Pad Thai over 30 times, but the Pad Thai at this store was the worst. I added shrimp to my order but they didn’t put any. I also added cilantro and peanuts to my order but they barely put any of them. They also used too much oil that the noodles smelled oily. Not the same Pad Thai I am used to eating in other stores. They also forgot to put the Lime. I will never return to this store. Waste of money.
