For whatever reason all the employees are always miserable. Place needs cleaned out with new employees. I mean I walked in and was waiting for one of the girls to get off her phone texting before taking my order. Should probably also put that you don't accept $50 bills when your sign says you don't accept $100. We know you can't count thats why you don't take big bills. Need to find a new subway. Don't go here.

I guess I'm old and old school. There is no customer service with these young people. That aside Subway do you have a dress code? I found it offensive that the young lady who helped me had on very short shorts. They just barely covered her back side. I didn't even think that was allowed. Is this even hygienic around food?

I wouldn't usually give one star reviews, but this time it feels warranted. I ordered a footlong pizza sub an hour before my lunch at work. They make it about ten minutes before (10:50 a.m.) and I got there around 11. Needless to say I got food poisoning from eating it. Threw up three times and am still recovering. I'm not sure if the worker prepared it wrong, wasn't using gloves, or used old ingredients, but if you can't see them making your sandwich, don't eat it.
The staff was nice but I have no idea what happened before I got there. Never doing pick-up again.
All it takes is one bad experience. This evening my wife blacked an order that I was supposed to pickup on my way home. Conveniently I got there while they were making my sandwiches. As I say there waiting for them to finish, the young man realized they had run out of grilled chicken and asked coworker to grab some from the freezer. While waiting he was removing the empty container and sat it down on the flat bread he intended to use on my daughter's sandwich. It was as split second so I woosa'd and let it go. Then he did it again with the new containers that were bright to him. This time I wasn't going to woosa so I politely asked him to grab a new piece and instead of simply apologizing for the mistake, he implied I was wrong but he'd get a new piece anyhow. I let him know he has actually done it twice and I have him a pass the first time. Then he murmured another disrespectful comment as I was walking back to the chair. Absolutely unexpectedly.
Don’t know if the blonde girl had a bad day, but when you wrap and cut the sandwich you shouldn’t twist and squeeze it..

staff is rude and makes no sense.
Guess my review got deleted … so I’ll leave one again. This location and their workers are ?. Ordered 40 dollars worth of subs and literally had the sauces dripping through the wrapper. Sandwiches were just thrown together like garbage with so much sauce and veggies I had to pick the meat off and use my own bread. After talking to the employee and manager it’s evident of why they work the way they do. Don’t be fooled they are not a 4.2 rating ! They erase the truth but all good cause franchise owners still have to answer to corporate and explain why their store is lackluster!

The 3 girls working tonight around 7pm at the holland subway were awesome. When we walked in there was a line. Every single person before me were so rude to these girls. They kept their cool and still had smiles in their faces. When we left I made them aware of how awesome they were. I knew these girls were stressed out. They were so busy. I thanked the girls. You’re lucky to have these girls in your store. Thank you again girls for your dedication and hard work. Keep those smiles going.

Subway delivered a satisfying experience with fresh ingredients and exceptional service. However, the visit was slightly marred by a burnt bread smell coming from the back of the house. Despite this minor setback, the sandwiches were delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. If not for the unfortunate odor, it would have been a perfect visit.

In our opinion this might be our worst fast food restaurant mistake(as far as the food goes) ever! It’s clear to us, and this is my personal opinion that this place does not care about the slop they bag and pass it off, all to pick our pockets. We fell for the marketing hoax encouraging us order using the app and what that did was remove all accountability off the “Sandwich Artist” (what a joke). We have used the app several times to order and have yet to receive our food as we ordered it. But we never find out until we get home. And we called every time to complain and every time we’re told there was no manager on duty, left our number, and NEVER received a return call. When you make the mistake of falling for the “use the app hoax”, they already have your money for food and tip, so there is no incentive to produce a product worth the price. Our last order was extra infuriating because it seemed like the kid slopping the sandwich’s together went out of his/her way to screw it up. We ordered 2 Ultimate B.M.P.‘s each customized to our liking. What we got was two sandwiches drenched in so much Italian vinaigrette that it bled through the bag on the way home. Neither one was toasted as ordered only one had black olives as ordered, only one had the bread hallowed out as ordered.both had white American Cheese, we ordered provolone #2 sandwich was supposed to add bacon and capicola I got no bacon and pepperoni instead of capicola. So we no longer trust ordering thru their APP anymore, from now on, if we don’t have the time to go inside, the we’ll go to Jimmy John’s instead has this is the 2nd order in a row that has not even close to what we ordered. After reading the receipt, everything is clearly spelled out yet again as stated, we did without dinner that night because everything was so drenched in vinaigrette that we had to toss them? I think they should confiscate the tips we paid on both orders and give it to charity because the person that is taking our money did not care that we both had a late day and trusted Subway to handle it but instead we got ripped off,(we feel very violated from this) We went on the Subway website and wrote them using the “contact us option, and we have not received even an acknowledgment that we matter to them. Because we don’t matter to them at all! The just keep taking our money and the putting trash in the bag instead of preparing and serving the quality product that they advertise about!
My receipt clearly shows toasted twice yet I received the sandwich like it came out of the refrigerator. Apparently they thought I wanted to toast my own Philly sandwich when I got home. Figured I’d post this while I was waiting for my sandwich to come out of my oven. Also, no greeting when I walked in and the only thing the employees were doing was making a sandwich for another employee.

I usually have a good experience, can’t complain. However, there have been some recent changes in staff. There is a huge lack in training. The last couple times I have come in and theres this one specific sandwich artist who has not been properly trained on how to make a sandwich (she’s an older woman). What’s even more unfortunate is all the staff standing around, watching her and not correcting her mistakes and allowing sloppy product walk out the front door. Y’all need to do better.

I normally order here once or twice a week for my family of 6. ($30-$40 orders) However after my experience yesterday, I will no longer go to this location. My online order was not ready at the time promised, took 20 extra minutes. Which was extremely inconvenient but if my order was good, I could have looked past. They were out of the footlong cookie, didn’t offer a refund. The churro and the pretzel were so terrible..cold, burnt, and hard. Completely inedible. Icing on the cake was the subs. We asked for light sauce and they were sopping with sauce. It was dripping off. Then even though we asked for them to be toasted, they were cold? All of these things aren’t what I would normally accept but since I regularly come here, I decided I’d keep the food (we didn’t eat any of it and went to another restaurant ) call and complain today. When I call the employee was completely rude and didn’t even try to resolve the situation. Since I didn’t receive good customer service on top of all of the other issues.. I will never order here again.
