Rip-Off in the name of indian food
Outrageously overpriced for both food and service, this place seems to survive only because there are so few Indian restaurants nearby.
Staff were shockingly rude, refusing a simple request for a window seat despite the restaurant being almost empty.
The papad reeked of stale oil, and the dishes were drowning in cheap powdered spices, leaving an unpleasant gritty texture on the tongue.
To make matters worse, they never checked if we wanted more naan (bread) or additional searving , then flatly refused an order, indicating the kitchen was closed, despite being ahead of advertised closing time. We actually left hungry after paying for dinner—a disgrace for any restaurant.
On the positive end- ambiance is good and furniture is comfortable

We had a fantastic experience here. The Jewel Shrimp, Makhani chicken and the service were outstanding! What I really appreciated was the large bowl of complimentary salad that came with our meal. Our waiter Yogi was also a gem! We were lucky enough to be the only guests in the restaurant at the time and Yogi offered to tell us a story about any of the art pieces in the restaurant. He entertained us for about 5 min with a very interesting story about the Konark temple in one of the large paintings. We loved it and we will be back to enjoy the delicious food and hear more stories.
