I understand times are challenging in the food industry and no one wants to work but the Huber Heights location needs a new process for online order pick ups. Ordered at 4:30, confirmed would be ready at 4:58. Arrived at 5 pm and at
5:43 still sitting in drive thru line trying to get to window to pick up. The inside is closed and doors locked. If I hadn't already paid would drive off and go next door to McDonald's. Two people working, a cook and a girl at register/window. Sad...read full review
