“I go through this Dunkin multiple times a week, and it's always a pleasant experience. I usually do a mobile order and get the same thing, and the staff remembers how I like my order and is very friendly. Big shout out to the staff, they are doing great!“

“I visited this location last week. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. They had a sign on the speaker stating they were training new hires and apologizing for the extended wait times. I was feeling a bit aggravated about having to wait, but when I got my drink, it was PERFECTION!! Seriously the best iced chai I’ve ever gotten! Totally made up for the wait time! Everyone have patience and extend a bit of grace as new employees are learning the process. I will definitely return for that perfected iced chai!! 😊“

“I go through the drive through every Friday morning. I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a vanilla cream donut. They were out of the donut, no big deal, I picked a different donut. At the end, she asks me, “do you want anything on the bagel?” I can only assume she means some kind of condiment since I very clearly ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel so I tell her no. She charges me for a plain bagel so I let her know it’s supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese. She very rudely replies, “Well I asked you if you wanted anything on it and you said no.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will say that every other time I go, workers have been friendly, service is fast and food is good. I was shocked this time! I sure hope her day gets better and she doesn’t take her bad morning out on any of their other loyal customers.“

“This crew out welcomed us to the party this morning. We received a smile and friendly greeting from everyone. I’ve traveled over 5000 miles this morning and the service I received this morning was the the best by far! Their hospitality rivaled a high end B&B I stayed at in Savannah.“

“The coffee Pettibone serves is outstanding: true 3rd wave with amazing profiles, not the burned-n-bitter-made-for-milk beans so many roasters generate! Try their pourovers and taste the difference. The food here is really first class too, and priced fairly for non mass-produced creations. Many choices too. Avoid crowds and come early or after peak times.“

“Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. They have rewards punch card system which is a good way to pay it forward. +++ New goto when in town. :)“
