“Yesterday was my toddler's birthday. We stopped in for birthday donuts. My girl announced she wanted pink icing and sprinkles on her donut and the staff, without hesitation, made her a donut with pink icing and sprinkles. She was over the moon! Everyone at this location is beyond kind and is always so happy to see their customers. The donuts are delicious, but the people's kindness is better.“

“Always such friendly staff, especially in the drive through. I've never had an issue with anything missing or not being made correctly, even when I have had larger orders. Favorite Dunkin in the Dayton area to grab my morning or mid afternoon Iced dunkalatte!“

“I go through the drive through every Friday morning. I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a vanilla cream donut. They were out of the donut, no big deal, I picked a different donut. At the end, she asks me, “do you want anything on the bagel?” I can only assume she means some kind of condiment since I very clearly ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel so I tell her no. She charges me for a plain bagel so I let her know it’s supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese. She very rudely replies, “Well I asked you if you wanted anything on it and you said no.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will say that every other time I go, workers have been friendly, service is fast and food is good. I was shocked this time! I sure hope her day gets better and she doesn’t take her bad morning out on any of their other loyal customers.“

“They are the best I have ever had!! I love that they made them when I ordered them and they were warm!! I had chocolate icing with Oreos and a chocolate glaze drizzled on top!! I absolutely loved them!!“

“If you want to throw some doughnuts in a box to take to work, on your way to work, this is the place. Other than that, their hours are a bit inconvenient. I'm pretty sure 1 lady runs the whole thing, so I'm not upset, but I would check their hours before you go. A smaller selection, but there's never a wait, and they're pretty good doughnuts. Normally there's plenty of parking. And the doughnuts are normally a pretty good variety too, unlike some places with trays and trays of the same thing.“

“I LOVE Dunkin’……..truly! But at times it is a hit and miss with the preparation of our drinks. Please, please, please……if I order my drink with Almond Milk, I really need it that way! It’s not a taste issue, it’s a digestive issue 😉 Please take extra care for people that order a drink that require substitution for “regular milk”. 🤞“
