“I need to take time out to recognize a PERFECT example of customer service and support of business. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name at this location but she's always super friendly and helpful! Today I saw her help an eldery woman carry her bags out.
I drive out of my way to get these delicious sandwiches we discovered a while back (so cute how she even marked them to prevent mix up)😊“

“Was in the area and was on lunch so I cane across this place looking for sandwiches. Inside is spacious and certainly clean. Friendly staff as well. I asked the guy at the counter to pick my sandwich between the Mortadella or Chicken Parm. He strongly suggested the Mortadella. I also asked for a slice of pizza and a canned soda. $17 on total. The pizza was a bit disappointing. Could tell it sat for a while and the top was brown. Im sure when it was made it looked and tasted much better. It was an ok pizza slice. The Mortadella has house made pesto sauce, birtatta cheese and mortadella. Thinly sliced and piled decently high. Very clean tasting sandwich. Overall it was a nice change of pace for lunch. Id have to retry the pizza and try a hot sandwich next time. Would come back if in the area.“

“The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. We ate there in the morning before going to the football game and we highly recommend West 3rd Deli!!!“

“If you like pierogies or Croatian type food this is the place to go. I stopped down there while I was waiting for a store to open and I think I found my new favorite grocery store. The prices are in English everything else I can't read but I tried getting everything I would normally get at Giant eagle and their prices were better and I think taste better. I'll be back. Cheapest price on Smokies I've seen on a while.“

“I was in need of lunch catering for a 30-person corporate lunch earlier this week, and I decided to give Fratello's a try. The owner took the time to understand my catering needs (my group had lots of dietary restrictions) and made menu recommendations based on those needs. She was also very accommodating when it came to my budget and the delivery. We originally needed catering for Tuesday, but due to a snowstorm, our meeting was pushed to Wednesday. The owner was willing to move our order and delivery to the new meeting date. The food was fresh and came in good portion sizes. I look forward to using Fratello's again for my future catering needs.“

“The place is clean, it's quiet. The food is good. The customer flow is relaxed and slow, but constant felt safe. Enjoy my time talking to the owner. It's a nice place. It's a hidden gem. Great value for great food. Open early in the morning and prepare to make sandwiches, breakfast, and lunch subs. And breakfast sandwiches, ready for business.“

“Be careful when you park and get out in front of the store because cars are turning quickly and you could get hit and your vehicle. The corner of West 110th is where the cars are turning quickly. I wish there were signs that says slow down be cautious of pedestrians“

“Stopped here with a co worker for a drink and got some sandwiches and the sandwiches looked so good I forgot all about my drink. They took great care of us the sandwiches was super fresh and it felt like we was appreciated. Wish I lived closer I would stop by all the time.“

“Beer is conveniently located in a cooler that allows easy access to your favorite brew by simply opening the door to the cooler your favorite is located in. Don't try opening the door next to your beer of choice as it is too difficult to get out.“

“Always have what I go in for and then some. The staff has always been friendly to my entire family when we're go in. It's very busy at the beginning of the month when checks come out and on paydays but that's because they have the check cashing and liquor store. So be patient you will probably have to wait. Love the pharmacy and the staff never have any problems and they always call if something is wrong, love that they deliver!!!“

Phenomenal. $13 Western Omelet with corned beef, dry wheat toast, & shredded hash browns. $3 side of turkey sausage, $1.25 for egg beaters, & 75 cent onions in the hash browns. Excellent coffee, also. Was all worth 2X what they charged me for it. Everything was perfect. Great service, too (Irina?). Friendly employees kibitzed with happy customers as the happy customers eagerly noshed. Plus, Jack's Deli sells beer!!! I just wish they opened up earlier.
