“Always very good service! Cookies always look great! Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

“The mochi donut are so good, really satisfying texture and taste and It’s not too sweet! Matcha and Ube ones were my favorite.The cakes tasted meh and dry even though they looked good. The drinks are very refreshing and the interior is cute and comfortable there’s also tables right outside to sit. I always stop by when I’m in the area.“

“The night manager I believe with the red hair is honest to god one of the hardest workers I think I’ve ever seen. I live in the building so I am here more often than I will admit. But there has literally never been a day even when absolutely slammed and with the rudest people, that she had not been she’s sweet as pie and efficient. She’s the best!! MAKE SURE YOU TIP YOUR COOKIE WORKERS!!!“

“To start, customer is amazing! Greeted upon entering, personable and engaging. They immediately make you feel like they value your business. We got the banana pudding, peach cobbler and butterfinger cookie. Overall, 9 out of 10, only because the pudding tastes a little like box. Recommend to all my southern sweet treat lovers.“
