I am visiting for work. I read the reviews on here before going and I was a little skeptical. However, I had the totally opposite experience. The food was served warm, the service was quick, and there was a great ambiance to the restaurant. Toni did an incredible job to make sure we had a world class experience.
I recently visited B'Dubs while in town for a funeral.The service was piss-poor. The atmosphere was no better -- a deafening din of competing television stations.There was no seating service, ie, "Wait to be Seated", so I seated myself. Getting my server's attention entailed waiting 15 minutes, then flagging down a passing server to see if my table was her table for the night. No, sadly not.It continued this way all evening. Could keep the dining floor cleaner. Waitresses should know what table is theirs when people are seated (management?). We sat there for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. When they finally figured it out, the waitress did a good job.
