“Shout out to Nicole! She was the best server we have had in a very long time. Very attentive, and when I said I didn't want onions or tomato on my salad, she then asked me if I wanted it on my burger. I never had the server pay attention to notice enough to do that. I was very impressed. She checked on us multiple times and even brought us extra condiments that we didn't even ask for for our burgers. Thank you for such an excellent experience! The food was very good. It was very busy because we went on Valentine's Day. We did have to wait about an hour to be seated. However, I really liked their system where they texted you a link, and I could watch where we were in line. So we didn't really mind and just hung out at Walmart until it was close to being our turn. Definitely recommend!“

“Since this place has been under new management, it is so clean! The food is so good !! and the employees are very kind and welcoming, Especially karrington I’ve never liked Burger King before untill now this is the only one I would ever got too

“I only spent 5 minutes in drive thru! They were crazy fast! they had 6 cars ahead of me and still took the time to thank me just for putting an order in, Andy the new GM made sure my little ones were also acknowledged too! If that’s not family friendly then I don’t know what is! Thank you to everyone working for the great experience!

Kid-friendliness: My kids love going to sonic! The staff are always so sweet to them and they always make sure they leave with a smile and nothing less, James is a big part of that and I appreciate him taking the extra time and care to acknowledge my little ones.“

“I wish I could give 5 stars, but that's for perfect interactions. Very small complaint: parked to wait on fries that WERE fresh, but without salt. Perhaps this is universal at McDonald's. Overall this location is a night and day difference from the Oakhill Ohio site. The place was very clean, other than obvious and unavoidable work messes. The staff cared much more than in Oakhill. The food was ALL fresh. You can tell they want it correct regardless of the total price on the order, which is the best difference between the two locations. I would happily drive from Oakhill to welston for this kind of service. You're treated like a guest (with haste, of course) and there is actual effort here. Thanks, guys!
