I just went through McDonald’s and had a 5 drink order. Instead of giving me the four drinks I the drink holder and the fifth one separate they piled all the drinks onto the flimsy drink holder which spilled all over me in my car on my way to work. All I got was am “I’m sorry” and nothing else. Ever since Brad munn sold his stores to this person these stores have went so far down hill!!!!
Countless times the order is just completely wrong. Today ordered the two cheeseburger meal with extra onion, extra pickle, and extra mustard. One came with only cheese, the other had no onions and no mustard. They really need to improve their customer service. It has gone downhill so bad.
Waited in line and they moved us to drive thru wait. Served 3 cars that came after us. When I told them, the staff had attitude as if I was in the wrong. No apology THEn after 20 minutes food was COLD. Manager gave no apology either. Worst service ever! Never coming back
