The health dept needs to do a inspection here! Immediately! The floors are filthy as well as the unclean practices of the staff. About 6 years ago I ate at this location but now it's soo much different. I strongly suggest that you try a different location.

I have lived in Hartville my whole life I have never been so disappointed in the way that ROMEO PIZZA RUNS THIS COMPANY WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER 9 times out of 10 they are out of most items it’s not a joke it’s the honest truth the rudeness of its employees are absolutely disgusting l would love to speak to the manager in person or the owner to let them know how their business is being hurt by the no care attitude of their employees it won’t take long before they ruin your business I’m sure you have to see a decline already so sad that a town like Hartville has a Romeo’s that is run the way they are running this without good customer s you are nothing we were really good customers so sorry for the owner unless he just don’t care either

I ordered 4 club subs for the first time and when I went to pick them up, they just came out of the oven. Hot,fresh and oh so delicious!! The staff was very friendly and so nice! Love this place! Excellent service time and time again!

Just ordered it on 12/1/25 very sad to receive a pizza with uncooked dough, I know it’s uncooked because it has that very recognizable raw dough smell, too much cheese it made us sick after one slice, and they forgot the extras. Very disappointed.

Ordered a meats pizza today from romeos. Was so upset a drunken off duty police officer drove his car thru the shop. Luckily no one was killed. As my friend Andrew Grosschmidt was killed at Angelo's to 2 go by a non drunken elderly driver. Just wanted to support company when a shop will be done for months or possibly years as Sylvesters was. Great product. Fast delivery!

This is the first time I've had their pizza, it was DELICIOUS!! The sauce is slightly sweet, we had the regular crust, it was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to try some other items.

Romeo’s (on short notice) was able to accommodate feeding 50+ kids and gave me a great discount because they were unable to deliver on such short notice. Excellent customer service and excellent pizza! I then used them 4 more times in June to feed 50+ hungry kiddos at a summer program. Always fresh, hot, and on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doordashing from here is shitty. I’ve never once done a doordash and been required to have a pizza bag. If that’s the case then you should hand out pizza bags.

Doordash doesn't provide pizza bags, requiring them if you yourself don't have any of the ones Doordash ships out to pizza stores to offer drivers, then maybe don't make a big deal out of it if I don't have one, Doordash doesn't provide them to us!
