The young lady at the drive-thru is very polite. The food was very hot. After a long, stressful weekend, the service was fast, the food was hot, and the employees were friendly. During the lunch rush, the staff was kind and very efficient, quickly bringing the food to the customer's table. When a customer was having trouble finding a highchair for their toddler, a staff member stepped in and found one, bringing it over to the table.
However, some customers have reported that the restaurant was not very clean, with nothing filled (condiments, tea, etc.), and the service was not very friendly, with a tense atmosphere and no one smiling or being friendly. One customer's dog even ate several chicken nuggets and threw up shortly after.
