HORRIBLE! Place was filthy and line from one end to the other. Second time here because I thought last time was a one off. No. It is a circus with no ringleader. Portions are small and they were out of many items. Good thing taco bell was next door so I can i add to my stingy plate. If this is a franchise owner their contract should be terminated!
Day shift is assertive and provides good customer service. Night shift not so much rude gen z hood ratchets who don't smile don't say have a nice day can't look at you in the freaking eye. Which is fundamental in the ages of customer service if fake it till you make it ain't a thing anymore that's sad. Food was ok.... I've never been a huge fan but it was pretty normal for Chipotle! They allow people to bring their pet dog in which I'm pretty sure goes against state regulations and I witnessed an employee eating off the line... yuck!
