We waited at least 15 minutes for our food that only needed to be put in the microwave for 30 seconds. We had to ask the girl who took our order, who then did it herself, after telling us that she, "wasn't on food". The people ahead of us also waited and had to ask for their food. They were told the same thing that we were. First time here passing by from the outlet mall ordered a few drinks and food drinks was fine but the red velvet cake I got wasn't very good extremely dry and overall not good but overall recommend this location.
