“There is something special about being a regular at a small town coffee shop like Platform. Something about hearing the phrase "You want your usual?" that makes you feel seen. I go in often for a double shot over ice with a sippy lid. And today, when I was slammed at work, I ordered a double shot on door dash, but couldn't add in the rest of my preferences.
