It’s sad this could be a really nice Starbucks but just like anywhere else in the world they are always short handed on help. Today the poor girl was swamped with online orders and a line of people waiting,her scanner was broken, I tried to purchase a marshmallow square and when I finally could- I opened it and little specks all over it and of course the line was still long so I trashed it. They take way too long to make your drinks, last time I was there I waited 45 minutes just for an iced coffee. They will legit stand around doing nothing knowing they have orders to make!

Slow workers and very dull drinksEdit: years later and im changing my 1 star to 5 because they have an amazing worker named Madison ❤️ she is incredible. Spot on with drinks and a very efficient worker. She needs a raise I know she can't make as much as she deserves!
