I am not sure if they were upset I ordered something on the mobile menu they don't usually make, and had to look up how to make it, or they just do not care about customer service, but both of the egg McMuffins we ordered had untoasted mcmuffins. This was just laziness. Step it up Leesburg, your employees are dragging your store down.
We usually get decent service, but when it is bad it is always just because of employees that do not care, not mistakes.
