“What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!“

“We loved Diwan Cafe! Everything tasted amazing - the pistachio latte was my favorite, the Cesar juice was super refreshing, and the mifawar coffee was fantastic. We tried three pastries and couldn’t pick a favorite because they were all that good. The cafe is also BEAUTIFUL - the atmosphere, decor, and little design details are truly impeccable. “I'm a 15 year old who works In the fast food chain and I'm giving honest opinions, Place is amazing, employees are great, drinks taste nice, but I'm just gonna give a little bit of feedback for customers, if you like cookies and cream ice cream I don't really reccomend the cookies and cream milkshake, it doesn't taste like cookies and cream in my opinion but you can do whatever you want!😊 first time I ordered the brew lagoon there was too much ice, so the 2nd time I got the brew lagoon I asked the dude if I could get light ice and that I'd pay extra for it I don't know if he heard me because whenever I got my drink it had extra ice where I couldn't put my straw into the cup cause there was just too much. The 3rd time I made sure to ask again for light ice the girl was nice about it and made sure to give light ice but it is an uncharge for those wondering. The drink did have light ice so no hate I don't really care about the extra ice thing, the guy probably didn't hear me just check and make sure, but yeah the place is nice employees are always nice and they always deserve tips!!“

“Some of the best coffee I've had. Saw this stand at a Grove City market and decided to give the coffee a try. The representative was very nice and knowledgeable and recommended an amazing one based on my taste. I have an espresso maker and the Mex bag was incredibly good. Definitely going to try more bags once I'm done with this one.“

“I decided to stop by on my way into work this morning and my expectations were indeed met! The menu is that of a standard Cafe, see photos, and I feel as though the prices are comparable to what I see at other specialty coffee shops using similar quality coffee beans. Does that mean that the price point reflects that quality of coffee bean? Yes. It is definitely not cheap (under $5 for the largest size), but I would expect a coffee shop IN Columbus to probably price their drinks at like $7 - $8. So to me the price point is reasonable.

Because I was the only customer I got the chance to speak with the woman who I'm assuming was one of the owners. We chatted a bit about our shared tendency to be cinnamon roll snobs, as one should, and how they're still on the hunt someone to supply baked goods in the future. I can definitely say I am looking forward to that day. I'm just happy to see that the area is getting something that I think it needed, I know some people are fine with good old gas station coffee. But some of us love a good latte... I definitely think you should stop by sometime, I tried the Beach Day specialty latte and it was awesome“

HOWEVER, I had to buy gift cards this morning, between the masks, the glass, and SUPER loud music, I could not hear the poor barista for the life of me. Taylor, another barista attempted to help the gal I was working with, however rather than helping she decided to have an extreme foul attitude bc I was unable to hear and extremely irritated that I had asked a question about point on gift cards. “They are always friendly and even when I haven’t been in for months, the ladies that have worked there for awhile, remember me. They always make my coffee exactly how I like it and eventhough the salt for my drink is seasonal (Fall) they always order enough to last until the next season when all of the other stores are out.
