They always make my coffee exactly how I like it and eventhough the salt for my drink is seasonal (Fall) they always order enough to last until the next season when all of the other stores are out. Makes me want to go there everytime I want Starbucks!“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

“Chose this place to work on assignments after an appointment. Parking is just far enough from the medial office that I didn't have any problems. Had a delicious matcha and warm apple cinnamon muffin, got lots done in between chatting with the baristas. Clean, welcoming environment with great people who were extremely kind to me the entire time I was there. Will be returning.“

“Candy Cloud is a coffee shop right outside of the OSU campus. It is in a shopping center next to Nothing Bundt Cakes. There are handi-accessible parking spots right next to the building and a ramp that goes up to the sidewalk. There is not an automatic door to get in the store. The level of business changes the atmosphere. It is either very busy with a long line and no where to sit or there is maybe one other person there. I think this depends on the time of day or day of the week. When it is busy it is a pretty noisy environment. On the days when it's not, it is almost silent. The lights are pretty bright and fluorescent. The line is a wide space separated by a short wall that goes from the door to the counter. The menu is very colorful to go along with the branding. There is a large lit up menu on the side wall, and you can order on an Ipad that also has the full menu on it. When ordering on the ipad there are images of all the drinks and they are customizable. It is very user friendly and could be used by a variety of people with disabilities. You can also order at a register. Most of the time it is a little harder to get someone up there because the staff depend on the ipads, so if you're only able to order by speaking I would keep that in mind. Besides that, the staff is so kind and if you can get their attention they are really helpful! They call out your name when your food and/or drink is ready and you go back up to the front counter to get it. This place has my favorite coffee around Columbus. I think they are decently priced and have a really good rewards system. They come in cute cups that have a soda type lid. You can also get a straw if it is hard to drink out of.“

“We loved Diwan Cafe! Everything tasted amazing - the pistachio latte was my favorite, the Cesar juice was super refreshing, and the mifawar coffee was fantastic. We tried three pastries and couldn’t pick a favorite because they were all that good. The cafe is also BEAUTIFUL - the atmosphere, decor, and little design details are truly impeccable. “I just stopped to get an afternoon coffee at the Hilliard rome location. I don’t know the name of the young lady, but she has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was very sweet. I pulled out and about a minute and a half later, I dumped my entire coffee on my passenger seat. I went back through the drive-through and when she saw me She asked why I was back so soon I told her I had spilled my entire coffee on my passenger seat. She looked in my car and said oh no, you’re not paying for this one I will use my shift coffee for you. So thank you to the young lady who bought me a coffee this afternoon you made my day.“

“My favorite place to decompress after work. I will take my book, have the greatest hot chocolate or matcha ever and be at peace. Staff is very kind and gentle, going on the contrary of a lot of places that have people that intimidate you while you are ordering for reasons like bad humor or just bad training. Here staff you look you in the eye, explain things if you are not very familiar and just be kind. I love the place. Several tables and sofas to seat and just enjoy, to work or study. Not to mention parking is pretty good! This is my to go place when I need time for myself.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“The employees are always some of the nicest and most patient people I’ve met, but any time I see or indirectly meet someone that reads as the manager type, whether of the coffee shop or the hotel, they never seem to be doing much of anything, always sitting around while their staff does all the work, even during rush hour. Granted I’ve only experienced this place during a rush once, but it still felt rude and I felt especially bad for the employees. Tip them well, especially if there’s only one or two employees working- which feels like their management cares even less about them.
And I think it’s going for some 70’s-90’s aesthetic? It really, really doesn’t work. Looks fine but way too forced, and I believe it has caused some convenience aspects to customers and staff to just be non-existent. As well, there’s only a single table indoors for seating, the rest is outdoor. This would be odd, but there’s not much customer space to begin with so I can see why that’d be difficult.
It’s a good place, and I’ve heard the rooms are super, their housekeeping crew sounds great, and their coffee is always a treat, moreso than the crimson cup closer to where I live. I just feel like it’s bogged down by higher ups I’ve seen around.“

“First time customer today-fantastic sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, delicious, fresh and the biscuit was baked to perfection, not dry like so many. Cinnamon roll stole the show. Fresh, hot, pillowy and dripping in icing, I added a pat of butter and said-I’ll worry about the calories tomorrow. 😂“

“I visited this Starbucks location to study. Upon arriving I was able to see that there was accessible parking and sidewalks that were level with the parking lot allowing easy access without having to move to a ramp after exiting your car.The inside counters are at a good height for easy use by anyone. There is also a wide open floor lay out allowing for easy flow of traffic within the store.One flaw may be the doors entering the building as they have a pull handle for the outside and push for the inside, both doors are fairly heavy to open and could pose as a barrier. The menu is shown in large print behind the barista station for accessibility view. There is music playing but it serves as good background noise and is not overly loud or distracting. Very friendly staff and quick service every time.“

After driving to two different Tim Hortons locations (one was out of Timbits and the other--supposedly 24 hr--was closed) I drove to this location and was really blown away with how GREAT the drive through attendant was! He was welcoming to my request at 12:30 in the middle of the night, asked my preference on my assortment and was really just a joy to interact with after such a rough day!
