They always make my coffee exactly how I like it and eventhough the salt for my drink is seasonal (Fall) they always order enough to last until the next season when all of the other stores are out. Makes me want to go there everytime I want Starbucks!“

“We ordered from this place for a week day treat after dinner. It was our first time ordering but it won't be our last.

We ordered a mint milkshake (very good), Brown Sugar Shaken Breve (SO good), Birthday Cake ice cream layered, Dirt Pie layered, and the Brown Sugar Boba (HOLY BALLS IT IS SO GOOD).

The soft serve melts pretty fast, but I was eating the Brown Sugar Boba. We mistook how large these items are. The regular was still large. The large is LARGE. We were all interested in how they accomplished the design. And I think they knocked it out of the park. It is interesting and unique.

The boba is the best freaking boba I have ever had. I didn't even want to try the Dirt Pie after. And to be honest, the Dirt Pie paled in comparison to the Boba. I think I am sticking to the Boba.

Worth it. Unique. And I think it has become our newest family dessert spot for a while. And FOREVER for the Boba.“

“I'm a 15 year old who works In the fast food chain and I'm giving honest opinions, Place is amazing, employees are great, drinks taste nice, but I'm just gonna give a little bit of feedback for customers, if you like cookies and cream ice cream I don't really reccomend the cookies and cream milkshake, it doesn't taste like cookies and cream in my opinion but you can do whatever you want!😊 first time I ordered the brew lagoon there was too much ice, so the 2nd time I got the brew lagoon I asked the dude if I could get light ice and that I'd pay extra for it I don't know if he heard me because whenever I got my drink it had extra ice where I couldn't put my straw into the cup cause there was just too much. The 3rd time I made sure to ask again for light ice the girl was nice about it and made sure to give light ice but it is an uncharge for those wondering. The drink did have light ice so no hate I don't really care about the extra ice thing, the guy probably didn't hear me just check and make sure, but yeah the place is nice employees are always nice and they always deserve tips!!“

“My favorite place to decompress after work. I will take my book, have the greatest hot chocolate or matcha ever and be at peace. Staff is very kind and gentle, going on the contrary of a lot of places that have people that intimidate you while you are ordering for reasons like bad humor or just bad training. Here staff you look you in the eye, explain things if you are not very familiar and just be kind. I love the place. Several tables and sofas to seat and just enjoy, to work or study. Not to mention parking is pretty good! This is my to go place when I need time for myself.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

The whole crew always brightens my morning, and I leave feel feeling better than I did walking in. “Inside Target!! Quick service. Google maps doesn’t differentiate between the locations inside and out of target. I got the horchata latte. It was delicious. They do a great job. You cannot pay with the Starbucks app here! They will only let you use star points.“

“The employees are always some of the nicest and most patient people I’ve met, but any time I see or indirectly meet someone that reads as the manager type, whether of the coffee shop or the hotel, they never seem to be doing much of anything, always sitting around while their staff does all the work, even during rush hour. Granted I’ve only experienced this place during a rush once, but it still felt rude and I felt especially bad for the employees. Tip them well, especially if there’s only one or two employees working- which feels like their management cares even less about them.
And I think it’s going for some 70’s-90’s aesthetic? It really, really doesn’t work. Looks fine but way too forced, and I believe it has caused some convenience aspects to customers and staff to just be non-existent. As well, there’s only a single table indoors for seating, the rest is outdoor. This would be odd, but there’s not much customer space to begin with so I can see why that’d be difficult.
It’s a good place, and I’ve heard the rooms are super, their housekeeping crew sounds great, and their coffee is always a treat, moreso than the crimson cup closer to where I live. I just feel like it’s bogged down by higher ups I’ve seen around.“

“After a realllly long day and receiving some bad news all I wanted was some Timbits. After driving to two different Tim Hortons locations (one was out of Timbits and the other--supposedly 24 hr--was closed) I drove to this location and was really blown away with how GREAT the drive through attendant was! He was welcoming to my request at 12:30 in the middle of the night, asked my preference on my assortment and was really just a joy to interact with after such a rough day! I will only go to the Dublin Rd location from now on! Keep it up guys!“

I cannot recommend the cold brew enough and the cinnamon rolls never dissapoint - we always look forward to what new flavor may be available. “I visited this Starbucks location to study. Upon arriving I was able to see that there was accessible parking and sidewalks that were level with the parking lot allowing easy access without having to move to a ramp after exiting your car.The inside counters are at a good height for easy use by anyone. There is also a wide open floor lay out allowing for easy flow of traffic within the store.One flaw may be the doors entering the building as they have a pull handle for the outside and push for the inside, both doors are fairly heavy to open and could pose as a barrier. The menu is shown in large print behind the barista station for accessibility view. There is music playing but it serves as good background noise and is not overly loud or distracting. Very friendly staff and quick service every time.“

“We’re from Dayton, husband wanted to go to Aquarium Adventure across the street so he stopped at this Starbucks for me to get some coffee and a strawberry creme frapp. The service was very good, everyone was wearing masks and were very cordial.
