Based on the available reviews, New Grounds Coffee House is a quiet coffee shop tucked off the main street in West Jeff. It has a decent amount of seating inside and a small table outside, with WiFi available. The parking lot is a bit small, but there is a drive through. The staff is friendly, helpful, patient, and cheery. The coffee drinks are good, and the food and drinks are yummy. The house made donuts are a hit, and the frozen buckeye (a seasonal special) tastes great. The iced lattes are made very quickly, though some feel they use a pre-made concentrate rather than fresh espresso. The environment is clean, pleasant, and peaceful, with no loud music. The AC is kept on very nice when it is hot out. It is a great place to stop if travelling through.
