“I’d say this place (assuming it doesn’t change) is top 3 cups of coffee in Columbus and arguably possibly the best overall. I haven’t been enough times is why I hesitate to say with certainty and that’s because the consistency obviously will embolden the overall ranking of a place. But the coffee I have had here has been very good - even almost perfect. Very small place, it’s basically a to go experience. Really nice workers when I have gone. Cute area to explore in walking distance nearby.“

“Chose this place to work on assignments after an appointment. Parking is just far enough from the medial office that I didn't have any problems. Had a delicious matcha and warm apple cinnamon muffin, got lots done in between chatting with the baristas. Clean, welcoming environment with great people who were extremely kind to me the entire time I was there. Will be returning.“

“Candy Cloud is a coffee shop right outside of the OSU campus. It is in a shopping center next to Nothing Bundt Cakes. There are handi-accessible parking spots right next to the building and a ramp that goes up to the sidewalk. There is not an automatic door to get in the store. The level of business changes the atmosphere. It is either very busy with a long line and no where to sit or there is maybe one other person there. I think this depends on the time of day or day of the week. When it is busy it is a pretty noisy environment. On the days when it's not, it is almost silent. The lights are pretty bright and fluorescent. The line is a wide space separated by a short wall that goes from the door to the counter. The menu is very colorful to go along with the branding. There is a large lit up menu on the side wall, and you can order on an Ipad that also has the full menu on it. When ordering on the ipad there are images of all the drinks and they are customizable. It is very user friendly and could be used by a variety of people with disabilities. You can also order at a register. Most of the time it is a little harder to get someone up there because the staff depend on the ipads, so if you're only able to order by speaking I would keep that in mind. Besides that, the staff is so kind and if you can get their attention they are really helpful! They call out your name when your food and/or drink is ready and you go back up to the front counter to get it. This place has my favorite coffee around Columbus. I think they are decently priced and have a really good rewards system. They come in cute cups that have a soda type lid. You can also get a straw if it is hard to drink out of.“

“It's so wonderful to finally have a non-starbucks coffee joint in my neighborhood. Service is wonderful and Deaf friendly - one of the staff knew a little bit of the manual alphabet. I love the fact there are soft chairs and a soft couch to sit on. With fibromyalgia,it's important I sit on soft furniture. Plenty of tables with chairs to sit to read, type on a laptop, have meetings, etc. The iced latte was delicious - I wished there were more gluten-free baked goods/meals. Plenty of natural light from large windows. FREE parking across the street.“

“Stopped in with a friend after wanting to visit for quite a while, and I’m glad I did!
I ordered a buckeye latte with oat milk, and the classic Gata Magica sandwich on an everything bagel.
The latte was sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. The peanut butter flavor really came out, which I’ve not experienced with other peanut butter lattes from other shops! Perfectly balanced with the chocolate. I love that they offer iced drinks in a 12oz, I don’t see that often!
The sandwich was amazing too! Perfectly crispy bagel and the “toppings” of the sandwich were portioned so well, very balanced. I also love that they serve the sandwiches on plates that match the color scheme of the shop.
My friend got a French toast matcha which was amazing!! It really tasted like French toast, but was not overwhelmingly sweet.
My only gripe is that they don’t accept cash. It was no problem for me personally, but being across from a college campus, I can see how that would be an issue for some.
Overall, I will be back, that French toast matcha is calling my name!“
