Black Kahawa is one of my favorite places to grab coffee. The drinks are always great, the staff is friendly, and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Whether I’m in a rush or have time to sit, it’s always a good stop.
$8 for a small drink is crazy and it’s supposed to be a latte it’s real thick almost like a milk shake and tastes like hot chocolate. Waist of $8

Black Kahawa Coffee is a cool coffee shop in the morning and a bar at night. The coffee is roasted on-site, giving a really nice flavor to the trip coffee(black) and their espresso roasts. The brista and cashier are very friendly, well spoken, and accommodating. Staff are friendly, helpful, and take time to answer questions with genuine kindness. The shop offers lattes, beans, cocktails, and African spiced lattes, all delicious drinks that always knock it out of the park. A latte tastes authentic with lovely milk foam. Sandwiches and snacks are served, and the room is beautiful with a small patio, furnace, and great street view. WiFi is provided. The server is wonderful, polite, and chatty. The interior is awesome, great vibe, and the bar is busy at night. Highly recommend.
