Regularly they will prioritize walk ins over order ahead and as people order ahead it’s likely because they have a short lunch break and cannot wait. I saw people get their food after joining the line and leave before my order was even started. The girl at the register knows how to manage and expedite orders. Both Tiffanys helped me out on a mobile order. Accidentally selected Westerville, called that store immediately and ask to cancel. They said no and was rude. The Tiffany's took care of me and retained a customer.
Food was solid , staff is very friendly and kind, rib steak is good with broccoli cheddar soup.
