Not sure why the seating area is closed. I was disappointed because I had planned to sit and work a bit. Absolutely no seating at all. I did download the app and got a free bagel & cream cheese which is why I was here to begin with. I placed an order ahead of time and it was ready when I got there in the pick up area. For downtown Columbus, the inside of this joint looks like how Columbus USED to look. Clean, but... missed a spot. You also learn this joint cooks food the way we USED to cook food down here. Nice and decadent! I **STRONGLY** recommend the brisket breakfast bagel. You will see what I'm talking about. PROPER. ;)

They've forgotten my hashbrown in a to-go order twice. So I had to drive back to park on High Street again, which is a huge pain. No one apologized. Actually, they treated me like I was the problem when I mentioned this was the second time it's happened. Can't find good customer service anywhere anymore.
